30-Day Return Policy

We stand behind every WAYVE Harness. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return — no questions asked.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unused and in its original packaging. Your order confirmation email serves as proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@bywayve.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will send you instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first — unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@bywayve.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange your item is to return the original and, once your return is accepted, place a new order. This ensures you get your replacement as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional processing time may apply.

Non-Returnable Items

Orders paid with gift cards are not eligible for a cash refund but may be eligible for store credit.
