Every WAYVE order ships free, worldwide. No minimum order. No exceptions.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery takes 5 to 8 business days for most destinations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local customs procedures.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking link to the email address provided at checkout. You can also track your order at any time via our order tracker.

Customs & Import Duties

WAYVE ships internationally from our fulfillment center. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order does not arrive within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@bywayve.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
